Integrations

SimpleWMS integrates with external systems to maintain synchronized data across your business operations. Currently, SimpleWMS supports integration with Lemonsoft ERP.

Lemonsoft Integration

The Lemonsoft integration enables bidirectional data sync between SimpleWMS and your Lemonsoft ERP system.

Configuration

Accessing Integration Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Select the Integrations tab
  3. Find the Lemonsoft configuration section

Connection Setup

Configure the Lemonsoft connection with:

  • API URL: Your Lemonsoft API endpoint
  • API Key: Authentication credentials
  • Company ID: Your Lemonsoft company identifier
Keep your API credentials secure. Only administrators should have access to integration settings.

Testing the Connection

  1. Enter your Lemonsoft credentials
  2. Click Test Connection
  3. Verify the connection succeeds
  4. Save the configuration

Sync Operations

Automatic Sync

When enabled, SimpleWMS automatically syncs data at configured intervals:

  • Products: Periodic sync of product master data
  • Orders: Regular check for new orders
  • Inventory: Updates pushed after movements

Sync Interval

Configure how often automatic sync runs:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Set the sync interval (in minutes)
  3. Save changes

Manual Sync

Trigger an immediate sync when needed:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Sync Now or Trigger Sync
  3. Wait for the sync to complete
  4. Check the sync status

Sync Status

View the current sync status:

  • Last sync time: When data was last synchronized
  • Sync status: Success, in progress, or error
  • Next scheduled sync: When the next auto-sync will run

Sync Reset

If you need to resync all data:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Reset Sync
  3. Confirm the reset
Resetting sync will clear the sync timestamp and trigger a full data refresh on the next sync cycle.

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

If the connection test fails:

  • Verify the API URL is correct
  • Check that API credentials are valid
  • Ensure network access to Lemonsoft servers
  • Contact your Lemonsoft administrator

Sync Errors

If sync operations fail:

  1. Check the sync status for error messages
  2. Verify Lemonsoft service is available
  3. Review API rate limits
  4. Check for data validation issues

Data Discrepancies

If data doesn't match between systems:

  1. Trigger a manual sync
  2. Verify the data exists in Lemonsoft
  3. Check sync logs for errors
  4. Contact support if issues persist

Best Practices

  1. Initial setup: Configure integration before importing products manually
  2. Monitor sync: Check sync status regularly
  3. Scheduled maintenance: Plan sync resets during low-activity periods
  4. Test thoroughly: Verify data accuracy after configuration changes
