SimpleMOM integrates with the label system to generate production labels for manufactured lots, including batch information and traceability data.

Printing Labels

From Manufacturing

After completing manufacturing:

  1. On the completion screen, click Print Labels
  2. Select a production label template
  3. Enter number of copies
  4. Generate and print

From Production Job

  1. Open a completed production job
  2. Select the manufactured lot
  3. Click Print Label
  4. Choose template and options
  5. Generate PDF

From Inventory

For manufactured items in inventory:

  1. Navigate to the inventory item
  2. Access label printing
  3. Select production template
  4. Print with lot information

Creating Production Templates

  1. Navigate to Templates
  2. Create new template
  3. Set data source to Production
  4. Design layout with production placeholders
  5. Save template

Template Elements

Include in production labels:

  • Product identification: Code, name, barcode
  • Lot information: Number, dates
  • Traceability: Job reference, batch codes
  • Barcodes: Lot number, product code
  • QR codes: Full traceability data
